Breakfast: Homemade fruit smoothie that includes a whole banana, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, all natural orange juice, and ice. Plus a side 2-3 egg whites.
Snack: Unsalted almonds and 1 cup of soy milk
Lunch: Salad with veggies and very little italian dressing
Snack: 4oz Greek yogurt
Dinner: Skinless boneless chicken breast with a lot of veggies
On top of all of this I will have 12+ cups of water a day and vitamins.Is this a good pre boot camp diet?
yes a good diet and exercise run and jump rope
