Is this a good pre boot camp diet?

My husband is being discharged so I am joining the Air Force to support us financially. I need to lose 10-15 pounds and get in shape within 6-8 weeks. Is this a good pre boot camp diet? How can I change it for maximum results and some muscle gain.



Breakfast: Homemade fruit smoothie that includes a whole banana, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, all natural orange juice, and ice. Plus a side 2-3 egg whites.



Snack: Unsalted almonds and 1 cup of soy milk



Lunch: Salad with veggies and very little italian dressing



Snack: 4oz Greek yogurt



Dinner: Skinless boneless chicken breast with a lot of veggies



On top of all of this I will have 12+ cups of water a day and vitamins.Is this a good pre boot camp diet?
