I woke up at like, 5:30 this morning because of storms and so I think that's why I've been hungrier. Anyway, today I've had....
for breakfast (6 am): 170 calories of oatmeal, an apple
8 am or so- 30 calorie protein water
Snack (9:30 am)- a Kashi fruit and nut bar (120 calories)
Lunch (noon)- 1 slice of pizza (thin crust, alfredo sauce w/spinach and red pepper), a side salad with low cal italian dressing
Dinner- 4 crackers w/ 1.5 oz chunk lite tuna salad, a pear, with green beans.
I was thinking about having greek yogurt or soymilk. If I have either of these, will it be too much?Have I eaten too much today?

it's fine if your activity level for that day was low but more activity requires an extra slice and some grapes or something...Have I eaten too much today?

Go for it. You have eaten pretty healthy today. One slice of thin crust pizza isn't that bad for ya.
not at all most people have 2000 cals a day. Looks like you will have under 1800. Your fine(:
I think your doing great! I have had.....
10:00am. Cappuccino muffin.
2:00pm. chicken strip
2:30pm (cuz i got hungry again lol.) 1 piece of English muffin bread with 1tsp of peanut butter
3:00. 1/2 Green apple.
I must have eatin more during the 2-3 Oclock because I went hours without food.
This is not my usual healthy day of eating because I was out and about today.
Drinks include- 2sips of milk. 1bottle of water (need to drink 1 more today.) Morning coffee, and Im having another coffee now -Bad I know but No more coffee for 1 more week now.
