I woke up at 7:30 and went for a two mile run
Then I did 3 sets of 20 squats, 3 sets of 20 inner thigh workout, 3 sets of 15 bicept curls, 3 sets of 20 tricept pull ups, and 2 sets of 40 crunches.
I had a whey protein smoothie with frozen raspberries and vanilla yogurt.
An hour later, I did a 10 minute dance routine.
Then I had a medium bowl of canteloupe.
In 30 minutes, I'll play DDR for 20 minutes
and do another 3 sets of abs (equivalent to 9 minutes)
For lunch, I'll have a greek salad (lettuce, cucumbers, feta cheese, and black olives) with a tiny bit of balsamic vinagrette dressing.
Trampoline for 30 minutes (just light jumping)
For dinner, piece of balsamic flavored chicken, a little garden salad, and some corn.

That sounds great if you can keep that up. I agree with post number 1 though. Try to have protein with every meal. If possible add some sort of protein with lunch. Other than that, I'd say that looks really good.

i'd say maybe eat a little bit more since you're gonna be burning so many calories. put another protein in there somewhere.
