Why am I not losing weight or seeing any results?

I'm 15, 5'6, and 114 pounds. Yes I realize this is generally small, but I'm sure 99% of my body is made up of fat.. no muscle whatsoever. I do cardio everyday for about 45 minutes (jogging/walking 3 miles) and I eat around 1,200 - 1,500 calories a day. all of the calories I eat are very very healthy; like oatmeal, salads, organic foods, grilled chicken, salmon, veggies, fruits, non-fat yogurt.. all that jazz. I really don't understand. Am I not exercising enough? I don't really do any strength training, probably once or twice a week (jillians michaels 30 day shred). I usually do the same cardio workout though. I eat dinner early as well, around 4 or 5p.m. I also only drink water or green tea. Here's what I ate today, for example;

breakfast: oatmeal with peaches, berries, cinnamon, and granola.

lunch at school: cabbage and a slice of turkey deli %26amp; a salad with thousand island dressing (40 cal dressing)

snack: 1-1 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt with an apple %26amp; a slice of watermelon.

dinner: salad with grilled chicken from subway (lettuce, chicken, tomato, pepper, wine vinegarette)

snack: few pieces of dried fruit and a small strawberry-banana smoothie with metabolism boosting powder :)

exercise: jillian michaels 30 day shred level 2

oh I also exercise at night before bedWhy am I not losing weight or seeing any results?

You will only engage the muscle required to actually hold that weight.

Its not as though you are not exercising enough - its just that you are not doing it effectively.Why am I not losing weight or seeing any results?
You don't need cardio every day, 3-5 days a week is enough, up your calorie intake to 1800, 1600 is bare minimum but you're active so it should be higher, switch up your diet a bit, eating the same foods over and over again means your diet is going to lack some vitamins, so like one day eat oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, the next day, eat eggs with toast. Strength train 3 days a week before the cardio. Unless you sleep very early, it's fine to change the time of your dinner to 6 or 7. You won't gain weight contrary to belief after a certain time. Also your body is not made up of 99% fat or you'll die, you have muscle mass that is used to keep you healthy, breathing and moving.
Depends how long you do it.

You'll probably see results in about 1 and a half months.
You should actually check your real body fat to see where you are at. You're likely to have 10% or less body fat from the sound of the description. All you're doing is losing your muscle as well, which is why you look like you have no muscles at all. You can try adding up some more strength training. Don't worry about getting big like a bodybuilder, but it is possible that you may gain some weight as muscle weighs more than fat. Don't let that discourage you as you are gaining good weight, not bad weight.
