Breakfast-3 raspberries and 3 strawberries with half a regular size cup of greek yogurt.
lunch- raw (cooked sometimes) spinach with lite honey mustard dressing
dinner- regular salad with lite honey mustard salad or herbal soup.
I didn't want to go COMPLETELY vegan, but as vegan as possible. (:

It's a good diet bu have some different options to. But if your trying to lose weight this will lose some pounds from the lack of bulk and calories and stuff but if you wanted to lose serious weight the biggest meal of the day should be breakers and dinner the smallest.Is this diet okay for 6 days a week?

Buy you have no good source of protein, chuck in some nuts or something!
