i need to lose 8 pounds by the end of febreury i have a wedding to assist and i need to wear a dress its going to be a formal occasion and i need to look good im 5'2, 128 and 16yo i want to lose these 8 pounds of EXTRA! im in a strict diet and i workout too....this is my diet and exercise plans-
Breakfast- 1 cup skim milk OR 1 greek yoghurt
SNACK-1 small gala apple
lunch-2 cups artichokes and 1 piece of roasted turkey (no dressing)
dinner-Salad bowl and with one kind of meat (cucumber,carrot,kidney beans,tomato)
i run 3 miles, walk 3 miles and bike 3 miles (5 days a week)
i walk for an hour (2 days a week, when i dont run)
EVERYDAY before bed im going to do-
- 100 jumping jacks
-100 squats
-100 pushups
-100 situps
-100 leg lifts
-100 place run jumps
-i drink pure WATER, and drink green tea 3-4 times a day..i dont eat any kind of junk or heavy carbs such as bread,rice,chips,potatoes,etc
CAN this help me lose 8 pounds by the end of febreury? (4 weeks) i want to lose 2 pounds a WEEK.

You might lose more from this. However have something with your yoghurt like granola :) or some chopped up fruit or wheetabix. It's not that fattening and it will give you much more energy :)

looks good but i would do the exercise earlier in the day. if you do it right before bed, you will have an increased metabolism and adrenaline running through your system which will make it hard to sleep.
also add a little more to breakfast. some peanut butter toast on whole wheat bread or something.
