Do I eat healthy? What should I change?

I am a girl, 15, 5'9", and about 145 pounds. I'd like to be more like 138. My body mass index is 20.1 and I'm 20% fat.



For example yesterday i ate 1/2 of a whole weat english muffin with a tablespoon of almond butter, 2 egg whites, and coffee with a splenda for breakfast. Around 12 I had an asian pear. Then for lunch I had a cup of nonfat greek yogurt with blueberries and splenda and about 2 spoonfuls of chicken salad with little mayo. And some grapes. For dinner I had 1/4 of a steak, and the rest of my plate was salad with little dressing. Then since I have a sweettooth I had a 70 calorie cookie and 25 calorie hot chocolate.



I also do an hour of resistance training and 30 minutes (3.5 miles about) of running a day.



But I don't look how I want to. What am I doing wrong???? I eat about the same every day, more or less.

Do you use Splenda on everything? Get rid of it!

When I have a sweet tooth, I have a protein bar (unless we are out, then I sneak a two bite brownie - of gosh, that's hard to admit!)

you eat very healthy. you should try working out more. try adding a few les mills classes a week to your schedule or running. i prefer the classes but if you like to run, id do that because its free.
