I'm new to eating healthy so I'm not really sure if I'm doing a good job or not.. Here is what I ate yesterday
Breakfast:
1 yam (fried)
2 eggs
1 cup of orange juice
Snack:
1 cup of apple sauce
handful of raw, unsalted peanuts
Lunch:
salad: mixed lettuce, greek dressing
2 slices of Bologna
Snack:
pickles and cheese
Dinner:
Breaded chicken patty
celery
Snack:
Sliced apple
1 tbsp peanut butter
I'm on two varisty teams so I work out more than the recomended weekly amount if that makes a difference. I'm a student so if you have any recomendations make sure thet're easy:) Thanks!!Am I Eating Healthy? (new to this...)?
i would skip the frying because thats not healthy also breaded chicken patty isnt great either

It seems like you've got it all panned out! Yes, you have a good variety there, but if you want to kick-start your health and wellbeing, if you fry something, make sure you dont use too much oil, and once you're done, blot it with a paper towel to get rid of excess fats.
Little things count, and its fine to have some treats, but limit yourslef so you dont binge :)
Also drink lots of water, it fills you up, it has no calories and its good for hydration.
