make a scampy sauce with butter garlic and lemon juice. maybe add some basil to it. make sure you "boil" the butter to get the flavor out of the basil and garlic.
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon seasoning

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 2/3 cup chicken broth

melt butter over medium heat in a large frying pan. Add 2/3 cup chicken broth to pan, and bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, until reduced to 1/4 cup (2 to 3 minutes).

In a small bowl, stir together mayo and 1 cup chicken broth. Stir into reduced chicken broth in the frying pan. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more. Heat through, and season to taste. Serve over pasta. Can someone give me suggestions for a sauce i can put on pasta(dont have much to make sauce with list inside)?
Mablet is on the right track for sure. Though a meal just isn't finished unless it has garlic :-)
melt the butter with some garlic and add salt and pepper and maybe some paprika would be nice
One of the simplist is the best: butter, salt, pepper, and a small amount of red pepper flakes.
You can use the chicken broth, garlic and butter with some onion and thicken the sauce with heavy whipping cream or flour.
Brown onions in butter, add salt, pepper, garlic, a dash of cayenne and toss with your pasta.
butter, garlic, basil, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper. Try it!
