Consume 1500 burn 300?

If I consume 1500 in all healthy foods Breakfast snack lunch snack diner snack. I am a female. I'm 5'7 and weigh 185 pounds. My goal weight is 140.So lose 45 pounds. I started today...and I'm eating stuff like vegetarian chicken patty (I'm a vegetarian) on whole wheat bread with 2 cups of tossed salad without dressing. I had greek yogurt and had tossed fruit salad with vanilla low fat yogurt. And some other stuff. I ate about 1200 calories so far. With everything...even a few things I did not write down on here...but everything is healthy. I learned all about health when I was in rehab for anorexia and bulimia. And after I got out I went from 100 pounda to 185...because I was binging on about 10000 calories a day and purging only once a week (because I was trying to prove I'm not bulimic anymore...but now I realise I was binging. And want to lose some weight considering I want to move on with this phase in my life and I was happiest at 140. So how much pounds should I expect to lose over each week and how much weeks should I expect to get to my goal weight.



Im actually going the healthy route this time. I'm 20. Been hospitalized 6 times...including once at remuda ranch when I wasn't eating. I want to be able to make the dance team at college and I'm not as fit as I would like like I use to be.I use to be able to dance for hours now I get winded in5 min.But I'm a good dancer still:) The tryouts are in April about.Consume 1500 burn 300?
If you only burned 300 calories a day you would only lose like half a pound each week. I am following this eating plan -



Breakfast: 1/2 serving protein, 1 serving whole grain, 1 serving fruit



Snack: 1/2 protein, 1 fruit



Lunch: 1 protein, 1/2 whole grain, 1 vegetable



Snack: 1/2 protein, 1 fruit



Dinner: 1/2 protein, 1/2 whole grain, 2 vegetables



Oh and you can have one bad thing a day as long as it isn't over 200 calories.



I am going to walk about an hour a day and play just dance on the wii .
