and the shrimp is probably around 250 cal
and the salad probably has like 340 without dressing

Greek ~ about 500 (have dressing on the side or no dressing at all, about 300 ~ healthier)

Will the shrimp is low in fat, about 1 g, so you are okay there.
The steak is iffy. Depending on how they prepared it, it could be 7 to 10 g of fat. The salad dressing, maybe 2 grams.
I'd say roughly 13 grams of fat. Don't know if it is saturated, monounsaturated (sp?) or polyunsaturated.
