A really sexy Greek man to eat it with......I'm makin this greek salad do i need to add anythin else???
i like fresh parsley, maybe fine red onion
cut up some greeks and put it in there.
try adding a little bit of fresh ground lamb meat to it. that will set it off
Those little pickled slices of peppers. I forgot how to spell it....pepperincinos?
Try lettuce or greens.
you have to use Greek Olives, not the american black and green
Romaine luttuce and cilantro. Did you use oregano?
Maybe some endive?
if you get answer please let me know
3/4 pound tomatoes, seeded, diced (about 2 cups)

Greek Salad recipe enclosed.
NGREDIENTS
* 3 鈥?4 tomatoes
* 1 onion
* feta cheese
* 1 cucumber
* olive oil
* salt
* olives
* oregano
METHOD
Cut the tomatoes, the onion and the cucumber in slices. Mix them, add salt and some pieces of feta cheese, oregano and at the end pour some olive oil.
Great answer about the lettuce or greens, put a smile on my face.
Also how about anchovies, a real greek salad will have them on it.
I must say that I love greek salads but there is no way I will put something on it that looks like a dead catapillar and then eat it. Greek in essence only! Happy crunching!
Take out the ham, pepper , pasta , bell peppers. Slice the cuke do not shred it ! Remove the tomatoes. The dressing should really be just a little Olive Oil. Add some Dolmattas(stuffed grape leaves. Where ever did you get the idea that ham was a traditional Greek salad ingredient ? It seems to me you were constructing some sort of Chef's salad. Oh yeah lose the scallions and replace them with thinly sliced onions. (optional)
red oninon, green pepper, red bell pepper, olives, tomatoes, feta, cucumber, oil and vinegar...ummm, that'a all I can think of
No. You need to start taking out stuff; diced ham, change the shredded cukes to sliced,no black olives; kalamatas or velous are OK no celery , no pasta,green onions are OK , if you really need tomatoes use sliced Roma's,no chopped bell peppers; rings are OK
feta cheese must be Greek and therefore made with goats milk or a goat/sheep milk combination- cows milk is unacceptaable
Greek oregano
red wine and extra virgin olive oil dressing
and oh yeah,Romaine lettuce
add anchovies on top
GREEN olives
pepperocino
Ceasers dressing......LOL
