I am 14 years old and a girl. i am 5 ft 4 and weigh 100 lbs. i am super skinny and you can see my ribs. here comes the wierd part: i eat 4 meals and four snacks every day. yesterday i ate:
Breakfast:
-mini wheats with 1% milk
-a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and raspberry jam
-a glass of tropicana orange juice
Snack 1:
-strawberry kiwi apple sauce
-a pear
Lunch:
-2 bowls of kraft dinner
-peach frozen yogurt
-two glasses of 1% milk
Snack 2:
-a granola bar
-strawberry kiwi applesauce
- some grapes
Dinner:
-Vegatable soup (2 bowls)
-a 6 inch garlic bread thingy (like at east side marios)
-3 glasses of root beer
-angel hair with blush sauce and grilled chicken breast
-panna cotta (italian cream dessert thing with chocolate and raspberry sauce and a wafer)
snack 3:
-peach frozen yogurt milkshake
4th meal:
-greek salad with lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, onions, cucumbers and greek dressing
-orange juice
-3 chocolate chip cookies
snack 4:
-strawberry kiwi applesauce
-a bowl of miniwheats with 1% milk (i like to end my day the same way i start it LOL)

this doesnt seem normal. i eat more than anyone in my family (even my dad) and im still 100 lbs and super skinny. is there something wrong with me.

Try to squeeze yourself, maybe mixed fruit juice may come out!
eat some fats, protein!! like chicken and fish and MEAT!! (unless you're vegetarian)
remember u need protein,carbohydrates,vitamins and minerals, fats!!!! (to be healthy)

i don't know if there is but i would consult a doc you are eating alot and maybe there is something wrong with the way your body is metabolizing things

Well, you might just have a high metabolism. That's how I am. But I'm no longer skinny, I'm a healthy weight. If you are really active than you lose pounds. Maybe eat some more fattier foods.
bo there is nothing wrong with you. You are eating healthy and you probably exercise at that. Also your metabolism might be fast. No worries.
well, most of the stuff are healthy but u should have some protein.......see a doctor.
your diet lacks in protein, eat more fish, chicken, turkey, lamb, eggs, cheese. you are probably suffer from malnutrition. go n see a nutritionist and take a blood test just in case u r siffering from anemia

you sound exactly like me i eat a ton and still skinny i guess im very athletic.... but if your not and still eat alot nothing is wrong my friend eats alot isnt athletic and is soo skinny so no nohting is wrong
get 1 piece of junk food in yo diet girl! because trust me im 12 and only weigh 70 lbs so yeah you need at least one piece of junk food!
i dont really think there is anything wrong with u, u are just blessed with a high metabolism. i knew plenty of people in school that chould eat a cow and still be skinny. i hated them XD hehe

there is definitely nothing wrong with you. I'm the same way - im fifteen and i eat a lot but i stay really skinny. You probably just have a high metabolism.
Nothing at all is wrong with you. When you're a teen, your metabolism goes haywire and works overtime. Eat when you're hungry and pay attention to food cravings (sometimes it means you're needing a particular nutrient in that food - like craving burgers might mean you are needing some iron). Enjoy the fast metabolism while you have it. It disappears shortly after college and really goes downhill fast after age 30.

you might want to go to the doctors and ask them to check your thyroid. other than that you just have a a very fast metabolism . i used to be that way you will probably grow out of it i weighed 94 pounds when i was in high school and im 5'6 now i weigh 126 so i filled out you probably will too
when i was 14 i couldn't gain an ounce. im 19 not and have only gained Little since then it is normal u have a high metabolism also you are probably very active you are fine. it will change as you get older
Most of what you eat are very low in calories, which your body will burn throughout the day. You must incorporate some form of protein, whether it be from meat, beans, ENSURE, etc... otherwise, you will never see any weight gain...

well you are eating a lot .. but there is no protein in your meals %26amp; no fat at all .. you need a bit of fat in your everyday life , because the more you eat the more you burn off.
