I had one water bottle
I had a greek salad with a little bit of dressing.
For supper I'm going to have something small.

At 8 I am going to workout and shower than go to bed.

Definitely not. You're consuming a TON of sugar and almost ZERO nutrition. Eat real meals, small ones, with actual food, not filler, and you'll be doing yourself a big favor!Question about how much I should eat!?
i agree with the first comment. there's alot of sugar. you need something better and need to eat more probably, it doesnt sound very sustainable really so you might end up putting the weight back on
