You'll be okay. Just..

Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism. This video will help you, if you let it. Oh, will you join in on the fun!!

sounds like u ate around 1500-1900 calories. your bmr is around 1300 and at the end of the day it's probably around 1800 and more if you exercise. so if you dont want to gain weight dont eat more than 1800 calories but if you exercise then you can eat another 200 or soHow many calories is this %26amp; why can't i stop?
you can use the daily plate to track your cals if you want... google "my daily plate"

but seirously you're not eating A LOT- but the quality of your food stinks. chocolate, lasagna, chips? even if you are thin now (and you are very thin at 105) you're doing damage to your body internally. eat more protein, whole grain, and veggies :) not so much junk!
