This is the diet that I'm on. I want to know if this is a good diet to lose weight, and how quickly will the weight loss be?
Breakfast: I have either a bowl of Special K ceral, with 0% milk. OR I juice fresh veggies %26amp; fruits that consist of 1 cucumber, 1 lemon. A chunk of ginger root, 4 carrots, a small beet , 1 clove of garlic.
Mid morning snack. I have either a plain greek yogourt or a salad ( without dressing or cheese)
lunch: banana, apple, grapes, and a yogourt
afternoon snack: salad with chicken, no dressing or cheese.
dinner: either a bowl of special k with 0% milk or another salad with chicken, again no dressing or cheeseWill eating these foods make you lose weight? %26amp; how fast?
Sounds good to me! Now, add a regular exercise regiment to that. Rapid walking or jogging is a good place to start. Begin with a twenty minute routine and work up to an hour daily. I recommend weights for toning your muscles, too. Good Luck!
