I didn't have dinner yet but I usually have a protein with steamed veggies

It was extremely healthy, until you didn't have dinner. You should definitely have three meals a day, and at least one snack. But what you ate is healthy, it was definitely NOT enough.
Also at your weight and height and age, you shouldn't be worrying and having the low fat/fat free/egg white (etc). It's not very health. It's just as unhealthy to not eat enough too, as it is to not eat healthy things. Make sure you eat more!Did I eat healthy today?
I had Chobani Blueberry Greek Yogurt with my breakfast today too! XD But yeah, you ate just fine though I would personally prefer the whole egg instead of just the egg whites. Good job!
Yes I'd say it is a very well diet. Althoug I would swtitch from wheat bread to whole grain as wheat has just the same bad things init as white bread. Remember flour is an alternative which in general is bad for your body and digestive system.
During your actual meals I'd also add in a lowfat yogurt to the mix as it helps the acidity level in your stomach.
And if after eating the apple if that makes you feel hungrier than before, try eating it with a few almonds as it has fiber in it and will take the hunger feeling away.
Eating breakfast, a healthy snack, lunch, healthy snack, dinner, is usually a good diet. Why two healthy snacks? Because it will keep your metabolism working which will help you maintain your weight and regularity. People who don't eat much and only twice a day are more likely to retain more fat due to an inactive digestive system.
