I usually eat Japanese foods, so when it comes to other foods I need some help on nutrition. =]
I'm not trying to lose weight, just maintain. I'm 16, 5ft6in and 108 pounds.
For dinner:
Green tea (unsweetened)/water with lemon
and
Greek salad (all fresh): spinach, feta cheese, olive oil as dressing, onions, tomatos, salmon, anchovies, nuts, olives, radishes, and about a million other veggies. haha.Was this a healthy dinner.......?
It seems like a very balanced and healthy meal. With the salmon,anchovies, and nuts, I would say there is enough protein. Also, good choices for beverages. Definitely a healthy dinner.Was this a healthy dinner.......?
Might be low in protein, depending on how much salmon, otherwise it's good.
