What should I have for breakfast tomorrow?

I'm on a diet to lose a few extra pounds and I can't decide what I should have for breakfast tomorrow!

I want to have a BIG breakfast- one that will keep me full for 4 hours which is when I get to go on my lunch break at work.

For dinner I'll be having a greek salad (lettuce, onions, cucumbers, feta cheese, black olives, and balsamic vinigrette dressing)

For lunch, a fresh fruit salad and for snack: veggies with cottage cheese.

So what should I have for breakfast based on that info? I'm looking for about 400 calories worth. (for breakfast that is)

Thanks so much! Please don't say pancakes, waffles, or french toast though. What should I have for breakfast tomorrow?
Oh my goodness, I LOVE smart start cereal!!!! I normally HATE cereal but that kind tastes good to me for some reason and it's healthy. It's only 200 calories though so I like to have maybe a boiled egg, a banana, some raisins. I only like to have something that tastes good to me for breakfast (besides fattening things like chocolate chip pancakes) and that is just some tasty healthy stuff to me... and maybe some orange juice

You're a rotten ****** if this is the only problem you have in life.

Just eat a bagel or something, you moron.
2 hard boiled eggs

a bowl of oatmeal

yogurt
An apple, a banana, a handful of blueberries, a full bag of baby carrots. I'm serious.
1/2 cup of rolled oats (homemade oatmeal)-150 calories

1 cup of skim milk-80 calories (or 3/4 cup of soymilk-75 calories)

small banana-90 calories

4 strawberries-17 calories

While cooking the oatmeal, throw in the chopped banana and sliced strawberries into the pot

then sprinkle cinnamon (plain cinnamon NOT sugar cinnamon) and nutmeg

Boil 2 eggs and make hard boiled eggs (you can eat the yolk if you like)

egg whites are 17 calories

the whole egg (including the yolk) is 80 calories

So if you eat just the egg whites...your total is 371 calories :]
