The first few day you will lose a good bit of weight,
but after about 3 days your metabolism will drop to deal with
the drastic drop in calories. Important thing to do when trying to lose weight is
not let your calorie deficit (Total calories minus Calories burned) drop below 500, or
your metabolism will drop.

Also, the weight you lose after the first couple days will mostly be muscle mass,
which is an active tissue meaning it will be constantly burning calories even if you
are sitting down.

Cardio (like running and jumping rope) is good for burning calories but I would
suggest weight training because building up muscle will increase your metabolism(active tissue).

There is a method bodybuilders do to drop weight before a competition called
carb (carbohydrates) cycling but I would not recommend this.

The type of carbohydrates you should add to your diet should be complex carbs like whole grains, sweet potatoes, beans, and oatmeal. If you feel hungry for snacks you can eat vegetables. Avoid drinking calories like fruit juices, and pops. Stick mainly to water.

Hope I helped. =)
Your plan sounds excellent. You could probably lose 5 pounds in the first week. Males tend to lose weight quicker than women, so I'd think you could potentially lose 20 pounds in the first month.

Good luck (:Will this diet work? How fast will I lose?
You are going to lose weught unhealth, that is not enough calories for the amount of exercise that you are doing
This diet sounds very good. It's just the greek yogurt that i'm not sure of. It has a lot of protein which builds muscle
