What should i be eating daily?

Okay, I was told that i am eating roughly 600 calories a day. And everyone that answered my question said my diet was unhealthy. Here is what i have been eating: Breakfast (8:30) i eat a medium sized apple. Lunch (12:30) i eat 2 cups of salad with 2 tbsp greek dressing. and for dinner (6:30ish) i eat a turkey sandwich with lettuce on 2 pieces of whole wheat bread. If this is unhealthy, could someone tell me a healthier meal plan? thanksWhat should i be eating daily?
If you can stick to a diet of nothing but food and liquids your health should improve greatly.
Okay, you didn't specify a lot of things but generally for most people 600 calories is not enough. Now I don't know how old you are or how much you work out but generally that's to little.



Now to your main problem, you need to eat a variety. Eating too much of anything can be bad for your body. Your diet is not unhealthy it's just that your not getting variety. So when you choose your meal, keep these tips in mind. Eat from all of the food groups and try to stay away from candy and sweets. Eat fruit for natural sugars. Don't eat too much sugar from sweets. Drink water to stay hydrated. And remember, don't eat to little. But don't eat too much.What should i be eating daily?

YOU need atleast 1200 calories even if you are trying to lose weight.

Just try to eat a variety of foods. Fruits ,Vegetables, Protein and Dairy and Whole Grains.



Try eating a heavier breakfast (eggs, cereal,oatmeal)

And try adding in some small snacks between meals to keep your metabolism up (fruit,crackers,yogurt,cheese sticks,veggies and dip)
